Need drycleaning or bedding cleaned?

 The nuts and bolts

  • What is this service for? This service is for stuff that you’d normally laundry in your home washer. Think towels, T shirts, socks, undies. Blankets, if it is machine washable. Sheets, but they don’t get pressed. Have you ever had your sheets pressed? We can do that also, they need to be placed in a separate bag. Comforters are charged separately.

  • What if an item needs special treatment? Yes we do that. Delicates, hang dry, stain removal. Priced per piece. Basically the same price you’d pay for the item to be dry cleaned. Use our green bag for this service.

  • What soap do you use? We use Seitz soap - made in Germany. It has received awards for meeting environmental concerns and sterilization standards. We like it because they provide in person tech support to ensure proper cleaning...Tide doesn't do that.

  • Do I need to check my pockets? Yes. We are not responsible for valuables left in pockets or the damage they may cause to your laundry. Again, check your pockets.

  • Do I need to separate lights and darks? Only if you want to. We’ll do it if you don’t.

  • Do I need to separate my dry cleaning and dress shirts? Absolutely. The laundry tote should only have laundry in it. We don’t want to wash a cashmere sweater or silk blouse. Don’t worry though, we are also a dry cleaner and will take care of any items that need to be dry cleaned.

  • Do you sort by family member? Yes, we are gonna try. No guarantee if you have twins. If this is important we can give each family member their own tote.

  • What holidays are you closed for? We’re closed on these Holidays. New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.
